Christian Simpkins is the Director of River City Cabinets, a company he founded and has grown from the ground up. With a passion for quality craftsmanship and a commitment to customer satisfaction, Christian has played an integral role in the company’s success and evolution over the years.

Having worked hands-on in every area of the business, he brings a deep understanding of both the craft and the operations that drive River City Cabinets forward.​ Outside of work, Christian is an avid music lover, playing acoustic, electric, and bass guitar, and pursuing audio engineering as a hobby. A proud dad, he values the importance of family, balance, and maintaining perspective in both his personal and professional life.

Hannah transitioned from her own career to join the world of cabinet making, partnering with her husband, Christian, to grow the family business. Working behind the scenes, she brings a fresh perspective, exceptional organisational skills, administrative expertise, and creative insight—helping shape RCC into the thriving, well-respected brand it is today. A passionate foodie and aspiring gardener, Hannah infuses creativity and balance into both her work and home life. As a devoted mother of two, she contributes warmth, dedication, and steady support to the ongoing success of the company.​

With 20 years of experience at River City Cabinets, Luke has advanced from Tradesman to his current role as Sales Manager, gaining expertise in cabinet making, project management, and operations along the way. His hands-on background in drafting, foremanship, and administration equips him to deliver high-quality solutions and cultivate lasting client relationships. He leads with integrity, professionalism, and a results-focused approach, ensuring both customer satisfaction and business growth. With a strategic mindset and strong leadership, Luke provides expert guidance to clients and team members alike.

With over 30 years of experience in custom cabinetry, woodworking, and project leadership, Ben brings extensive industry knowledge and hands-on expertise to every project. As Foreman at River City Cabinets, he leads his team from concept through to completion, ensuring exceptional quality and seamless execution at every stage.  Ben takes great pride in his precision craftsmanship and hands-on approach. His dedication to the trade, combined with his strong leadership and problem-solving skills, has earned him a reputation as a trusted and respected leader on every job he oversees.

With over 20 years of experience in joinery and cabinetmaking, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and craftsmanship to every project. His passion for creating high-quality, functional designs is matched by his commitment to precision and attention to detail. Known for his friendly nature and practical, solutions-focused approach, Chris excels at guiding projects smoothly from start to finish. As Site Supervisor at River City Cabinets, he is dedicated to delivering exceptional workmanship, supporting his team, and helping bring to life spaces that clients truly love.

Zac joined River City Cabinets in 2025 and has quickly developed a strong understanding of the many elements that keep the business running smoothly. With a proactive approach and a genuine commitment to excellence, he takes pride in delivering quality workmanship while ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines. Zac values taking ownership of his work and contributing to a team environment where reliability and attention to detail matter. Outside of work, he enjoys gliding, boating, and exploring his creative side — interests that reflect his focus, precision, and appreciation for craftsmanship.
